Our Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Lingerie and intimate apparel
- Accessories (earrings, hair accessories)
- Sale / discounted items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@under1k.in with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we will share the return shipping address
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited back to your original payment method
- Shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@under1k.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
